• Implement innovative sourcing techniques, including networking, events, and marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on creative sourcing.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical hardware talent.
• Must be based in Canada (Toronto/Vancouver remote).

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting within the robotics or autonomy domains.
• Proficiency with ATS tools such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Background working in fast-growing and quickly scaling startups.
