What you will do

• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) for assigned automotive projects.
• Design 1:1 wiring harness drawings using internal component databases.
• Prepare and update production documentation based on customer designs and production feedback.
• Coordinate and implement engineering changes from customers and internal teams.
• Optimize harness designs to improve production efficiency and ergonomics.
• Support continuous improvement of technical documentation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Control, System, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience in technical or engineering roles.
• English communication: TOEIC 600+ or equivalent required.
• Location: Preference for candidates in Tam Ky and Da Nang.
• Basic knowledge of electrical harnesses and technical know-how.
