Maintenance Engineer

What you will do

• Implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for sub-assembly and Dosifix equipment.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMPs).
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues to minimize downtime and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure critical stock levels and reduce breakdown time.
• Lead maintenance projects, including building technical specifications, monitoring budgets, and performing IQ/OQ/PQ validation.
• Collaborate with production teams and vendors to ensure technical compliance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or Hydraulic/Pneumatic engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in production and maintenance environments.
• Fluent English skills in both communication and writing.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to work onsite in Hanoi.

Nice to have

• Experience and knowledge in Lean 6 Sigma.
• Project management certification.
• TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) knowledge.
• Previous experience in an FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) company.
