What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale, cross-functional digital programs from discovery to launch.
• Develop and manage integrated plans using a hybrid of Agile development cycles and Waterfall milestones.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to align feature delivery with business goals.
• Proactively identify and resolve program risks, impediments, and critical decision points.
• Maintain program tracking, dashboards, and metrics using JIRA, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
• Ensure transparency through consistent reporting and polished documentation for diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale technology and digital projects.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile (Scrum) and leading cross-functional teams.
• Domain experience in Digital Media, Publishing, Interactive Media, or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) subscription products.
• Working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and APIs.
• Expert proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field and valid US work authorization (E-Verify).
