What you will do

• Lead the overall strategy and execution of cybersecurity defense and incident response.
• Manage and optimize security tools including Netskope, Crowdstrike, Okta, and Sublime.
• Develop automated runbooks for incident response and change management.
• Oversee vulnerability management, penetration testing, and threat intelligence.
• Manage ZTNA, PCI compliance scans, and security auditing for AD and Firewalls.
• Track SLA/KPIs for MSSP partners and oversee device posture via Intune and Jamf.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Security Operations (SOC) or Incident Response, with 2+ years in a lead capacity.
• Proven track record of designing SOC strategies and transitioning operations from reactive to proactive.
• Deep hands-on expertise with EDR, SIEM, SOAR, and DLP platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AWS/GCP cloud environments and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).
• Experience leading complex cyber incident responses under high pressure.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, or GCFA.

• Experience or familiarity with integrating AI tools, LLMs, or autonomous agents into security operations.
