Focus on eliminating infrastructure vulnerabilities, performing security validation through DDoS drills, and implementing post-incident hardening.

What you will do

• Manage and optimize WAF, DDoS protection, and IDS/EDR/XDR/CDR systems across global production environments.
• Remediate cloud misconfigurations and lead security validation through DDoS drills and internal audits.
• Partner with NetOps on network segmentation and firewall rules, guiding SRE teams on secure operational practices.
• Provide SOC L2/L3 support, conducting security investigations and root cause analysis.
• Participate in on-call rotations to protect a platform supporting over 200 engineering and SRE teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Security/SecOps or SOC environments.
• Hands-on multi-cloud expertise (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI).
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS protocols, Linux, and Kubernetes security.
• Proven experience managing Enterprise Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and EDR/XDR platforms.
• Knowledge of attacker behavior and OWASP Top 10.
• On-site presence at the office 4 days a week.

Nice to have

• Background in red teaming or offensive security.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, CCNA/CCNP, or specialized Cloud/Kubernetes security certifications.
