What you will do

• Investigate security alerts, perform deep-dive triage, and execute remediation plans.
• Conduct host-based, artifact, and malware analysis to support incident response.
• Develop incident analysis reports and provide actionable recommendations for management.
• Create custom SIEM queries and dashboards to enhance network monitoring and detection.
• Tune existing security controls and develop new detection logic to mitigate threats.
• Coordinate containment and response activities with internal business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Incident Response or Cyber Security Operations Centers.
• 3+ years of experience with SIEM, Intrusion Detection, Malware detection, DLP, and IAM tools.
• Solid understanding of system and security controls on at least two OSs (Windows, Linux/Unix).
• Experience with host-based forensics and analyzing OS artifacts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shift work requirements, including occasional night shifts.
• Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with cloud services, Kubernetes, and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with MacOS.
