What you will do

• Own the design, implementation, and evolution of UI/UX features from concept through delivery.
• Make engineering decisions balancing user experience, technical quality, delivery, and long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to turn ambiguous problems into well-designed solutions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify systems, reduce technical complexity, and improve how software is built.
• Drive improvements to engineering practices, tooling, and developer experience through technical leadership.
• Contribute to the evolution of architecture, tooling, and engineering standards, including responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent demonstrated capability).
• Strong engineering fundamentals and sound engineering judgment for balancing delivery, quality, and maintainability.
• Experience building with modern frontend technologies, including React and TypeScript, plus testing frameworks, state management, and modern build tooling.
• Ability to take ownership of meaningful work from concept through delivery.
• Experience collaborating effectively across Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering effectiveness and quality.
