What you will do

• Build and evolve the component library, interaction patterns, and design tokens as production frontend infrastructure across web and mobile.
• Drive design-system migrations and adoption into the product, deprecating old patterns and coordinating breaking changes at scale.
• Own frontend performance and accessibility as engineering features, including tooling and guardrails to prevent regressions.
• Develop agent workflows, codemods, and migration scripts to help the team move onto the system faster without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

• Deep frontend engineering skills with clean, performant TypeScript and React.
• Strong understanding of data structures, async programming, and modern build/tooling workflows.
• Experience owning a design system or shared component library in production, including versioning and large-scale migrations.
• Ability to treat performance and accessibility as engineering problems (profiling, bundle reduction, and guardrails).
• Experience using coding agents to accelerate work across a large codebase (e.g., migrations and adoption).
• Strong design instincts and a high bar for UI craft, even when spending more time in code than in Figma.
