What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, guiding platform adoption and success planning.
• Deliver regular business reviews (QBRs/EBRs) to communicate ROI and align on success metrics.
• Provide tailored recommendations based on customers' industries, goals, and challenges.
• Promote awareness and usage of key platform features and provide ongoing customer education.
• Monitor customer health, manage escalations, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
• Stay expert in the product roadmap and communicate updates to the customer base.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, with 3+ years specifically in Customer Success, TAM, or support roles.
• Proven ability to manage large customer portfolios and build relationships at the executive level.
• Technical proficiency in internet technologies, networking, and email security products.
• Proficiency with CRM and case management tools such as Salesforce and Jira.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Based in Texas or Ohio Valley region.
