TAM (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $140,000–$185,000 USD base annually, plus variable compensation, bonus, equity grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage customer onboarding, enablement, and ongoing relationship success.
• Oversee deployments, integrations, and product configurations.
• Monitor customer health and usage patterns to identify risks proactively.
• Manage renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Investigations, and Engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or hybrid technical roles.
• Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS companies.
• Experience working with financial services institutions.
• Technical fluency in deployments, integrations, and product configurations; hands-on work is not required.
• Experience managing renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Strong customer-facing, analytical, strategic, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
