What you will do

• Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
• Manage audience targeting, budget allocation, and creative trafficking to drive efficient growth.
• Monitor performance trends (CTR, CVR, CAC) and implement daily/weekly optimizations.
• Handle technical operations, including pixel implementation, CAPI integrations, and product catalog hygiene.
• Translate performance data into clear insights and reports for media and regional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative teams to provide data-informed feedback on messaging and content.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta and TikTok required).
• Experience running performance-focused ads for omnichannel consumer brands.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and translating performance metrics into optimization actions.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to operate in-platform daily.
