Quality BOP Coordinator (Engineering): Ensuring and facilitating Nordex Quality standards during the Balance of Plant (BoP) phase with an accent on control plan creation and site supervision. Focus on managing outsourced resources, auditing subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality delivery of civil and electrical works.

What you will do

  • Create control plans for BoP and specific turn-key projects.
  • Hire, train, and manage outsourced resources to control quality on site during execution.
  • Supervise various works, tests, and controls related to BoP construction.
  • Report to the Head of I&C Quality regarding civil works, electrical works, substations, and foundations.
  • Support PQM, Sales, and PM teams during BoP Clean Sales processes.
  • Conduct audits of subcontractors and suppliers and manage construction documentation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Mandatory previous experience in Balance of Plant (BoP) works.
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Availability for short business trips.
