Graduate Talent (System Software Development Engineer)

Location: Hybrid work model at the hirify.global site in Kulim, Malaysia, with time split between onsite and off-site work.

What you will do

• Implement and provide operational support for front-end factory capabilities.
• Contribute to automation process and product-hardening projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve system challenges and optimize manufacturing operations.
• Document processes, tools, and solutions to support knowledge sharing.
• Continue learning about industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to manufacturing solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with diverse global teams.
• Foundational understanding of ITIL frameworks and DevOps practices.
• Openness to a minimum one-year contract-based role.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python or PowerShell scripting.
• Relevant industry, internship, school, class, or research experience.
