District Leader - New England (Retail)

Location: Remote, with residence required in the New England market; Providence, Rhode Island, USA. The role includes 30% travel across the district.

Base pay range: $135,000–$145,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead customer service, clienteling, sales, team development, and operations across eight outlet and specialty stores.
• Build a proactive selling culture focused on long-term customer relationships and outstanding shopping experiences.
• Coach Store Leaders and managers, develop talent, and create retention and succession strategies.
• Develop and execute strategies for sales growth, customer engagement, talent acquisition, and retention.
• Forecast, plan, and manage district budgets while identifying and maximizing sales opportunities.
• Partner with buying, marketing, visual merchandising, HR, finance, loss prevention, and store operations teams on district and market strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of management experience in a similar multi-unit retail environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must reside in the New England market.
• Experience creating strategies and delivering business results.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues and develop action plans.
• Ability to attract exceptional talent and apply strong business acumen and analytical skills.
