What you will do

• Execute partner co-marketing strategies and programs to drive regional channel growth and revenue impact.
• Develop scalable, repeatable co-marketing frameworks to improve partner activation and pipeline contribution.
• Manage integrated go-to-market campaigns across the partner ecosystem, including partner-led and customer-facing initiatives.
• Track fiscal year and quarterly budgets by partner segment to monitor ROI and business impact.
• Analyze and report on marketing-sourced and influenced performance using KPIs and measurement frameworks.
• Collaborate with channel sales and regional teams to execute joint GTM plans for strategic accounts.

Requirements

• 1+ years of partner marketing or related channel marketing experience.
• Experience supporting cross-functional GTM programs that contribute to pipeline and revenue.
• Familiarity with partner demand generation, including incentives, events, webinars, and digital activation.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation tools for campaign tracking and reporting.
• Strong analytical and project coordination skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Must be based in Austin, US

• Experience in Telecommunications, collaboration, or UCaaS partner ecosystems.
