Salary: $135,600 – $200,000

What you will do

• Design, bring-up, and validate Wi-Fi AP products and accessories.
• Develop and evaluate new hardware solutions and Proof of Concepts (PoC).
• Collaborate with RF and Antenna teams to integrate and validate designs.
• Review and evaluate designs for outsourced projects.
• Generate critical technical documentation, including PRDs, HRDs, HWFS, and BOMs.
• Support compliance and regulatory testing and sustain legacy products.

Requirements

• BSEE with 5+ years of relevant experience in high-speed digital hardware design.
• Expertise in schematics capture, PCB layout constraints, and DFM implementation.
• Experience with PCIe, 10GE, DDR4, SPI, I2C, USB, and UART interfaces.
• Excellent knowledge of Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) for high-speed designs.
• Strong proficiency in OrCAD, Allegro, and Arena.
• Knowledge of DC/DC switching power supplies, including PoE PSE and PD.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of RF and antenna design.
• Familiarity with Qualcomm or Broadcom Wi-Fi SOCs.
• Experience managing 3rd party vendors, ODMs, JDMs, and contract manufacturers.
