What you will do

• Gather and translate business requirements into actionable engineering specifications.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to maintain a well-groomed product backlog.
• Analyze business processes to identify and implement system enhancements.
• Support the project lifecycle by performing application, system, and regression testing.
• Document functional requirements and process flows to ensure effective implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or related role in fintech or banking.
• Proficiency with API integrations (SOAP and REST) and testing tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in documenting user stories and process flow diagrams.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding California).
• Ineligible for immigration sponsorship; must be authorized to work in the US without support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or IT.
