Chief of Staff (Fintech)

Chief of Staff (Fintech): Driving the execution of strategic initiatives across product, engineering, and design to build next-generation financial infrastructure with an accent on cross-functional alignment and operational efficiency. Focus on turning high-level strategy into actionable projects and coordinating leadership efforts to scale the organization.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Austin, TX (Hybrid: 3–5 days per week in office)

Salary: $175,000 – $200,000 USD base + Equity

What you will do

• Partner with the co-founder and CTO across product, engineering, design, and strategy.
• Translate corporate strategy into execution by driving critical projects and aligning stakeholders.
• Manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Act as a key communicator and bridge between technical teams and leadership.
• Ensure teams remain aligned and moving toward shared organizational goals.

Requirements

• Experience as a Chief of Staff, Founder's Associate, Strategy & Operations Lead, or Technical Program Manager.
• Must be already authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship or transfers available).
• Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects and execute complex strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and strong professional judgment.
