What you will do

• Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance reviews for the closing team.
• Cultivate a positive team culture and resolve conflicts to maintain a collaborative environment.
• Oversee closing strategies, including managing title exceptions, liens, and judgments.
• Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and quality control standards.
• Analyze operational data to provide insights and report progress to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in loan processing or closing.
• Deep knowledge of Right of Rescission (RTC) requirements and compliance.
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams and managing performance.
• Strong project management skills with a history of driving execution.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and write effective policies.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Home Equity Investments (HEIs).
