• Resolve payroll tax filing and payment issues via phone and email with tax agencies and customers.
• Partner cross-functionally with TaxRes, Customer Care, and Compliance Operations to ensure seamless service.
• Track and analyze trends from agency and customer feedback to drive operational process improvements.
• Leverage AI platforms to streamline communication and automate enablement processes.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience servicing tax agencies or customers regarding payroll tax inquiries.
• Deep understanding of payroll taxes, tax returns, and filing processes.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Must be based in Denver, CO to fulfill hybrid office requirements.
