What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Manage and follow up on client requests in accordance with internal policies and SOPs.
- Perform trade investigation, validation, and affirmation for MT4 platforms.
- Collaborate with Retail Services, Settlements, and Compliance teams to ensure a personalized experience.
- Escalate cash adjustments and compliance issues to senior management as needed.
- Maintain expertise in trading products and market conditions to provide first-class support.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish and proficient English (verbal and written) are required.
- Must have appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Cyprus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within financial services.
- Ability to work in shifts (13:00 - 00:00, 14:00 - 01:00, or 15:00 - 02:00).
- Proficiency in CRM and Service desk systems like Zendesk or Salesforce.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
