TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus, with appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Cyprus.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Manage and follow up on client requests in accordance with internal policies and SOPs.
  • Perform trade investigation, validation, and affirmation for MT4 platforms.
  • Collaborate with Retail Services, Settlements, and Compliance teams to ensure a personalized experience.
  • Escalate cash adjustments and compliance issues to senior management as needed.
  • Maintain expertise in trading products and market conditions to provide first-class support.

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish and proficient English (verbal and written) are required.
  • Must have appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Cyprus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within financial services.
  • Ability to work in shifts (13:00 - 00:00, 14:00 - 01:00, or 15:00 - 02:00).
  • Proficiency in CRM and Service desk systems like Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Fluent Portuguese language skills.
