• Drive engagement and build strategic relationships with senior business stakeholders.
• Translate business function strategies into actionable technology demands.
• Lead and coach large teams to enhance performance and employee engagement.
• Manage IT projects, ensuring accountability and delivery within financial targets.
• Negotiate and draft contracts with third-party vendors.
• Facilitate the discovery and development of business cases for technology investments.

Requirements

• BA or BS in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience as an IT professional supporting Procurement or similar functions.
• Experience in Life Sciences or SOX-regulated environments.
• 5-10 years of experience with enterprise applications such as COUPA, ERP, and Analytics.
• Experience managing large Systems Integration partners.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Specific experience serving business customers in Procurement.
