What you will do

• Own the end-to-end social media strategy, editorial calendar, and execution across all corporate channels.
• Build and scale thought leadership programs for executives and subject matter experts.
• Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to connect social efforts to business outcomes and pipeline contribution.
• Produce original content including video, podcasts, and live events at industry gatherings and customer sites.
• Partner with demand generation, product marketing, and PR teams to align organic and paid social efforts.
• Manage social governance, including employee advocacy guidelines and policy development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B social media experience with ownership of organic and paid programs.
• Must be based in the US with the ability to travel 50%+ of the time.
• Proven track record of generating and measuring social-sourced leads and pipeline contribution.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for professional audiences.
• Experience producing video content using tools like StreamYard, Riverside, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered marketing tools to optimize content creation and distribution.
