Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

What you will do

• Prepare and review routine agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, consulting, supply, and clinical trial agreements.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from intake and negotiation tracking to execution and archiving.
• Maintain corporate records, resolutions, bylaws, and coordinate annual regulatory filings.
• Support the board of directors and committees by preparing agendas, resolutions, and governance calendars.
• Assist with due diligence, financings, audits, and corporate transactions.
• Develop and implement Legal Department policies, SOPs, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate from an accredited program preferred.
• 8-10 years of relevant paralegal experience, preferably within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing contract workflows and supporting boards of directors.
• Familiarity with public-company governance and securities-law processes.
• Knowledge of global life sciences regulations, including GxP requirements, is strongly preferred.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
