Account Executive (Media Sales)

Account Executive (Media Sales): Driving revenue growth for Telemundo Colorado and hirify.global Local platforms by selling linear and non-linear advertising solutions with an accent on business development and multi-platform marketing. Focus on penetrating key accounts, leveraging tentpole sporting events, and creating targeted advertising strategies for Hispanic and non-Hispanic audiences.

Location: Hybrid (minimum 4 days per week in Centennial, CO). Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 base + sales incentive bonus

What you will do

• Grow revenue for Telemundo Colorado and hirify.global Local OTT and digital platforms, including Peacock.
• Develop and sell creative advertising solutions using consultative selling skills.
• Build strong business relationships with media planners, buyers, and brand managers throughout Colorado.
• Identify and implement strategies to penetrate key accounts and prospects.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasting.
• Collaborate with NBCU Local sales teams to drive results.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development and media sales
• Minimum 2 years of digital media sales experience
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid U.S. driver's license, vehicle insurance, and registration.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
• Experience selling OTT/CTV ad solutions.
• Experience working with the Salesforce platform.
• Degree in marketing, business, or communications.
