Salary: $115,000 – $140,000

What you will do

• Draft and edit proposal narratives, including executive summaries, capability statements, and case studies for commercial pursuits.
• Translate technical input from Engineering, Product, and Sales experts into clear, customer-focused writing.
• Build and maintain proposal schedules, calendars, and checklists for each pursuit.
• Track submission requirements to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.
• Lead kickoff meetings and coordinate with subject matter experts to keep contributions on schedule.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in proposal writing, coordination, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly about technical subject matter for non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience interviewing subject matter experts to extract necessary technical content.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Background in marine, maritime, or clean energy industries.
• Experience in desktop publishing or design tools.
• Familiarity with commercial procurement and bid processes.
