What you will do
- Coordinate the proposal process from RFP release to submission, including schedules and color team reviews.
- Design and format professional proposal layouts using Microsoft Office and Adobe.
- Develop visual discriminators such as process diagrams and infographics.
- Conduct compliance reviews against FAR/DFARS and solicitation instructions.
- Maintain proposal libraries and corporate resumes.
- Perform final quality checks for formatting, readability, and electronic submission requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in government proposal coordination and production.
- Active Top Secret security clearance.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of FAR Part 15.
- Knowledge of 508 accessibility standards.
- Ability to work extended hours (evenings/weekends) during proposal cycles.
Nice to have
- APMP Foundation or Practitioner certification.
- Experience with DoD, DHS, VA, GSA, or NASA requirements.
- Familiarity with Shipley proposal methodology.
- Experience with proposal management software like Loopio or RFPIO.
