• Identify influential authors and establish partnerships through a power users program.
• Manage content strategy by defining topics and identifying high-resonance hooks for the audience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an active Reddit user with a deep understanding of platform culture.
• Strong writing ability and an instinct for native tone that avoids appearing as promotional content.
• Analytical sense of content performance across different subreddit scales.
• Must be based in Almaty, Kazakhstan for on-site work.
• Startup mindset with a high degree of ownership and result-driven approach.
