What you will do
- Drive a data-driven marketing function using KPIs such as budget, lead generation, conversion rates, CAC, ROI, and pipeline performance.
- Lead the company's SEO and AI visibility strategy, managing both internal teams and external agencies.
- Develop and execute B2B PR and positioning initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and thought leadership.
- Take full ownership of the marketing function, including budget planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align initiatives with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, technology, or high-growth industries.
- Proven experience in developing go-to-market and demand generation strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Hands-on experience across performance marketing, content, brand, product marketing, PR, and lifecycle marketing.
- Track record of partnering with Sales and Product teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Demonstrated ability to scale marketing programs in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
- Must be based in Europe, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Cyprus, or Serbia.
