What you will do
- Scale profitable paid social spend across multiple brands, geos, languages, and funnels; manage CPA, ROAS, and payback using real revenue data.
- Run regular account audits to find gaps, missed opportunities, inefficient structures, underused campaign types, and scaling potential.
- Own channel-level recommendations for budget allocation, account structure, bidding approach, testing priorities, and scale-up opportunities.
- Coach and develop acquisition managers: set performance standards, review work, and raise execution quality while staying hands-on with account details.
- Define and enforce account architecture & governance standards (structure, naming, conversion architecture, bidding, testing, reporting, documentation, QA).
- Own social platform policy & compliance workflows, including ad review, disapprovals, appeals, restrictions, escalation, and launch blocking authority.
Requirements
- Location/Time zone: Applicants must be located within approximately ±4 hours of CET.
- 7+ years of hands-on paid social experience, including coaching/leading/hiring/evaluating paid social specialists or UA/acquisition teams.
- Direct ownership of large paid social budgets (ideally $5M+ per month hands-on; $10M+ per month at portfolio level).
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads, plus experience across at least two of: Pinterest, Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, X.
- Proven ability to scale profitably across multiple countries and languages; strong subscription economics knowledge (LTV, ROAS, payback windows, cohorts, value-based bidding).
- Deep social platform policy/compliance experience and strong discipline in measurement, documentation, and account architecture.
