What you will do

• Generate advertising concepts for video and playable ads from scratch and develop hypotheses for scaling.
• Create scripts, storyboards, briefs, and technical specifications for creative production.
• Research competitors, market trends, and best practices to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate production by assigning tasks to 3D artists and developers and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with the UA team and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve marketing goals.
• Analyze creative performance and propose new testing hypotheses based on insights.

Requirements

• Experience creating scripts, concepts, or briefs for advertising videos, digital content, film, or TV.
• Understanding of the creative production process and animation fundamentals.
• Interest in the gaming industry and understanding of game mechanics and player motivation.
• Experience working with references and basic photo and video editing skills.
• Ability to generate and test hypotheses to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and provide constructive feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming marketing, specifically with playable ads.
• Understanding of key marketing metrics such as CTR, CPI, and ROAS.
• Deep knowledge of the mobile gaming market and current advertising trends.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and accelerating production.
