What you will do

• Manage change communications through an enterprise product-notification platform.
• Partner with engineering and marketing program managers to gather requirements and confirm timelines.
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible, customer-friendly content.
• Coordinate reviews, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and drive content through approval and publication.
• Maintain strict attention to detail across messaging, formatting, and technical accuracy.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, technical writing, or change communications.
• Demonstrated ability to create clear, concise, and audience-appropriate written content.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience translating technical information into actionable guidance.
• Ability to manage multiple small projects and deliverables simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience writing for enterprise software, cloud services, or productivity platforms.
• Experience supporting product launches, feature releases, or organizational change initiatives.
