What you will do

• Develop and deliver engaging onboarding programs to ensure rapid productivity for new hires.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to identify capability gaps and design targeted enablement solutions.
• Create and maintain resources such as playbooks, toolkits, and e-learning modules for the sales cycle.
• Train consultants on the 360 recruitment methodology, including business development and candidate sourcing.
• Track and analyze program effectiveness using KPIs and feedback loops to refine content.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to align learning strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in 360 Recruitment or a sales-related field
• Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and consultative sales models.
• Ability to design blended learning solutions (classroom, virtual, e-learning).
• Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring learning impact.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
