What you will do

• Coordinate project budget schedules and manage the execution of capital projects within budget and timelines.
• Lead continuous improvement activities utilizing hirify.global Lean Tools and a problem-solving culture.
• Recruit, develop, and supervise a team of process engineers and technicians.
• Develop and maintain process standards, procedures, and specifications to ensure consistent product quality.
• Enforce safety, health, and environment standards within the work team.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics to achieve plant goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 7-10 years of process improvement management in manufacturing.
• 3-5 years of experience managing engineering resources.
• Proven success in project management and driving continuous improvement implementation.
• Ability to work onsite in Claremont, NC, including interaction across rotating 12-hour shifts.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with extrusion or injection molding.
