What you will do

• Set up and prepare injection molding machines for production runs.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot molding machines to resolve issues with size, appearance, flash, splay, and cycle time.
• Perform mold changes and material setups according to established procedures.
• Prepare maintenance work orders and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance programs.
• Document improvements and technical issues related to molds and machinery.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Sanford, NC
• Ability to work 2nd shift (2:45pm – 11:15pm, Monday–Friday)
• Experience with hand tools and gauges for troubleshooting and process adjustment.
• Capability to process various engineering materials including PVC, ABS, PC, and PP.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, twist, and lift up to 50lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
