What you will do

• Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests, quasi-experiments, and advanced causal inference analyses.
• Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate experimentation into development and iteration cycles.
• Communicate rigorous, actionable results to technical stakeholders, business partners, and senior leadership.
• Mentor Data Scientists and provide technical direction on experimentation and measurement practices.
• Contribute to centralized experimentation frameworks, tools, documentation, and scalable best practices.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from complex systems while advancing methodologies in experimentation and causal analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced training in Statistics, Economics, Econometrics, or another quantitative discipline is preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in data science focused on experimentation or causal inference, or 4+ years with a PhD.
• Deep expertise in A/B testing, causal inference, quasi-experimental methods, and applied statistics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience influencing product and business decisions through clear, actionable insights.
• Experience developing experimentation frameworks, best practices, or internal tooling.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning modeling.
• Interest in or knowledge of video games, gaming platforms, or player behavior.
