What you will do

• Lead a global team of Data Analysts and manage data pods to deliver critical insights across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Design and execute a comprehensive Master Data Management (MDM) strategy to establish a trusted Single Source of Truth.
• Partner with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to align the Enterprise Data strategy with business and technology objectives.
• Establish and implement strict data governance policies and ensure global regulatory compliance.
• Drive the transition from static dashboards to AI-driven data surfacing models, including GenAI tools and predictive modeling.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in data operations, MDM, or data architecture, with at least 7+ years in executive leadership.
• Technical proficiency in GCP BigQuery, Looker, SQL, and GitHub.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise ERPs (NetSuite, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), and billing infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and performance metrics (MRR, LTV, CAC, NRR).
• Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken).
