Data Analyst (Internship)

Zoox is an autonomous ridehailing company building purpose-built, fully electric robotaxis designed entirely around the rider.

What you will do

• Write Databricks notebooks to mine scenarios, create datasets, and build dashboards.
• Conduct exposure analysis to identify performance issues and data gaps.
• Analyze large-scale vehicle logs and simulation data.
• Write comprehensive data analytic reports.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a B.S. or M.S. program in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Available to commit to a minimum six-month assignment.
• Able to commit a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be able to work on-site in Foster City.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, PySpark, and Python in production environments.
• Experience working with time-series or sensor data.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with robotics or AV data.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning.
