What you will do

• Implement and deploy enterprise search components to improve information retrieval.
• Develop, test, and operationalize AI agents for internal and user-facing services.
• Configure and monitor enterprise AI inventory systems to track performance.
• Develop and enforce technical controls for AI governance and ethical use.
• Ensure all AI initiatives comply with cybersecurity and data privacy policies.
• Create comprehensive documentation for governance processes and system rollouts.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience building and deploying enterprise search tools.
• 1+ year of experience configuring and documenting AI inventory and monitoring systems.
• 1+ year of experience implementing and testing AI agents for business workflows.
• 1+ year of experience developing technical controls and processes for AI governance.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Nice to have

• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, NLP, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with enterprise cybersecurity, risk management, and data privacy standards.
• Hands-on experience with Python and enterprise cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
