What you will do

• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with multidisciplinary squads.
• Apply UX best practices to create effective and user-centered experiences.
• Support the creation of medium-complexity flowcharts, customer journeys, and decision trees.
• Help define conversational strategies, personas, and tone of voice for chatbot development.
• Assist in building chatbot knowledge bases, including FAQ structures and response flows.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Experience applying UX concepts to conversational interfaces and writing conversational content.
• Knowledge of chatbot knowledge base development and response engine organization.
• Ability to create and organize medium-complexity flowcharts, user journeys, and decision trees.
• Data-oriented mindset with the ability to suggest metrics for continuous improvement.
• Experience documenting technical solutions and following design standards.
• Intermediate English proficiency is considered a plus.
