What you will do

• Optimize manufacturing workflows, labor utilization, and operational sequences to improve efficiency.
• Lead and prioritize waste elimination and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Perform data analysis to establish performance metrics, identify trends, and solve operational problems.
• Develop and improve standardized work, including time studies and operational methods.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and leadership to implement improvements.
• Coach and develop a team of Industrial Engineers, setting priorities and supporting professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 3+ years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, time studies, and motion analysis.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including off-shift and weekend coverage as needed.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Experience with project management and cross-functional initiative execution.
• Working knowledge of computer-aided drafting (CAD) tools.
