What you will do

• Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for business platforms supporting genomic laboratory operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable digital solutions.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation through implementation and ongoing support.
• Drive modernization and integration initiatives for CRM, revenue cycle management, and sample management systems.
• Partner with IT, engineering, and operations teams to improve workflow efficiency and user experience.
• Mentor and guide product managers and business analysts to foster a high-performing team culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of digital product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong experience supporting healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory, or genomic operations.
• Proven expertise with CRM, revenue cycle management, and operational systems integrations.
• Strong understanding of Agile product management methodologies.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a science field or MBA.
• Experience with Salesforce, Quadax, CareViso, or Xifin platforms.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability and integration technologies.
• Familiarity with laboratory accessioning workflows and sample lifecycle management.
