What you will do

• Provide US commercial perspective for external innovation strategies and business development opportunities.
• Lead in-depth commercial evaluations including forecasting, pricing, and market research.
• Develop a vision for the new product planning function for North America.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate early-phase assets into the US pipeline.
• Present opportunity assessments to executive leadership teams.
• Collaborate with global teams to establish early commercialization and pre-launch plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in New Product Planning, Global Marketing, or Business Development within the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced degree in Life Sciences or MBA required.
• Strong scientific and commercial expertise in oncology, neuroscience, or rare diseases.
• Proven experience in clinical pipeline planning, forecasting, and launch activities.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Strategy consulting experience in life sciences.
• Experience in US pricing and access.
• Knowledge of French.
