Project Manager

TL;DR

Project Manager (Software Asset Management): Oversee planning, execution, management, coordination, and delivery of all work under the Performance Work Statement (PWS) with an accent on contract compliance, risk mitigation, and program governance. Focus on leading program planning, reporting (WSRs/MSRs/topline/ad hoc), and transition activities (Transition-In/Transition-Out) while ensuring required certifications and performance oversight.

What you will do

• Provide overall leadership and ensure full compliance with PWS requirements.
• Serve as the primary interface with the COR and government stakeholders to align priorities and resolve issues.
• Direct program planning and execution: staffing, task intake and tracking, schedule coordination, and risk/issue management.
• Oversee program reporting and documentation, including Weekly Status Reports (WSRs), Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), topline reports, and ad hoc government requests.
• Establish and execute the Project Management Plan (PMP), Quality Management Plan (QMP), dashboard management approach, and associated SOPs.
• Lead Transition-In and Transition-Out planning and execution to ensure continuity of operations.

Requirements

• Required clearance: Public Trust
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• IAITAM certification (e.g., CHAMP, CSAM, CITAM) OR 2–5 years of hands-on Software Asset Management, process & policy creation, and contract & vendor management experience
• 8+ years of experience relevant to managing information technology
• Experience with software asset management tools/platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera, Snow)
• Experience supporting software audits and creating/implementing software asset management policies and procedures
