What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive product portfolio strategies aligned with company goals.
• Drive product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market launches with consistent brand messaging.
• Collaborate with segment leaders, marketing, engineering, and sales to ensure seamless product development.
• Analyze market performance and customer feedback to inform roadmap decisions and portfolio strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and foster a high-performance culture within the product management team.
• Monitor key performance indicators to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in B2B product management, solutions consulting, or go-to-market roles.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
