What you will do

• Architect, configure, and deploy Workday HCM modules, primarily for Absence Management and Global Time Tracking.
• Own Workday EIBs as the internal subject matter expert for high-volume data uploads, mass updates, and complex data transformations.
• Optimize the broader Workday ecosystem, including Talent, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Core HCM.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions and support the People Systems roadmap for global impact.
• Build and maintain calculated fields, matrix reports, and dashboards for real-time leadership insights.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues across integrations and deliver documentation and global training for best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HRIS experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration.
• Proven experience configuring Absence Management in a global environment, including statutory requirements and entitlement rules.
• Advanced ability to build and execute Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) for mass data loads and system integrations.
• Strong reporting and analytics skills, including calculated fields, security, and complex reporting.
• High-level domain knowledge of EMEA labor laws, statutory absence types, and payroll integration touchpoints.
• Ability to communicate technical Workday concepts to non-technical stakeholders across cultures and time zones.
