What you will do

• Define solution architecture and system scope through research and requirements analysis.
• Design, code, test, debug, document, and optimize complex .NET applications, programs, and scripts.
• Improve system capacity, response time, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Respond to system failures and performance events while implementing measures to reduce downtime and prevent recurrence.
• Lead small-to-medium project teams or phases of larger initiatives, coordinate assignments, and track milestones.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, present system capabilities to end users, and mentor junior analysts and developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Five to seven years of professional experience in systems analysis and .NET programming.
• Expert-level proficiency in .NET and SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge of application development methodologies, terminology, and enterprise standards.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
