Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA) — 3 days per week in office required

What you will do

• Support technical discovery, demos, and proofs of concept (POCs) in partnership with sales teams.
• Build and present tailored POCs within the hirify.global platform using prospective customers' own data.
• Coordinate with post-sales teams to ensure successful transitions from trial to customer.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to relay user feedback and inform product direction.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills for analytics.
• Genuine interest in growing into a pre-sales career path.
• Passion for working with data and enthusiasm for teaching others.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, Sisense).
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles, such as consulting.
