What you will do

• Define and establish the overall technical vision and target state architecture for portfolio products.
• Create reference architectures and design patterns to ensure consistent implementation across teams.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align architectural roadmaps with business objectives.
• Drive the adoption of Generative AI and ML capabilities within enterprise governance boundaries.
• Partner with development leads to conduct design reviews and resolve complex implementation issues.
• Lead architectural runway planning to support new business features and capabilities.

Requirements

• 18+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years specifically in Solution Architecture.
• 15+ years of Java development experience.
• Hands-on experience with modern Cloud Native architectures and design patterns.
• Demonstrable record of leading organizational transformations and architectural leadership.
• Must be able to work fully onsite in Mclean, VA.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions for business stakeholders.

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in the primary or secondary mortgage industry.
• 3+ years of large-scale enterprise transformation experience.
• Deep knowledge of various enterprise-level platforms.
